Willow Tree Estate Sales is owned and operated by Susan Joy. Susan has a passion for helping others and understands the stress that can come with the need for an estate sale. The business was born after her mom faced a serious health issue and came to live with her. Susan sold or donated the contents of her Mom's condo and realized families needed help during such a stressful time.
With over 20 years experience in corporate retail, Susan brings excellent business and leadership skills to the sales she runs. Her background in project management, marketing, and sales makes her a standout in delivering rewarding estate sale experiences to her clients and customers. For her, it's more than just a business!
The story of our name . . .
"I love this job! Every day is a treasure hunt, but more importantly I am able to connect with folks who are in the same situation as I was years ago and offer them a helping hand and solutions that make them feel they are valuing their loved ones belongings!"
Growing up we had a massive Willow tree in our front yard, I loved to climb and swing on its branches. This tree withstood every storm and still stands to this day, it has been a symbol of strength, security, days remembered and home to me so I knew the Willow tree would always be a part of my logo. I added the tiny cardinal as a homage to the saying "Cardinals appear when Angels are near."
I think this message brings our clients a little solace knowing they are doing their best finding homes for their loved ones' treasures!
I am blessed to have some very talented and hard working people on my team at Willow Tree and that small willow tree with the bird would not continue to grow tall and strong without them!
